I am trying to concentrate on proofreading a sloppily written module but it seems like the people surrounding me are bent on testing my ability to focus. Can they not work without being so loud? I’m already wearing earphones with the music in full volume, but I can still hear all the noise. Can they not respect my auditory space?

It is time for management to buy noise cancelling headphones for all if productivity is to be maintained. :)A good one only cost about twelve thousand pesos.
but it costs nothing if people just keep their mouths shut.
Then time to modify or create company policy on yapping, Ms. Human Resource swami, guru, sensei, kahuna or other title that ends with a vowel.
oh, they'll just think i'm fussy and full of frou frou. :)
