Flowers from a Stranger

Friday, May 22, 2009
A girl receiving flowers from a stranger – that just happens in the movies, right? But it happened to me yesterday. As I was on my way to work, the American who usually hangs out by the corner news stand (whom I've written about here) handed me a bouquet of peach roses. He said, “I bought these for you because you have a beautiful smile. Keep smiling.” Taken aback, I didn’t know what to say. I merely smiled and said thank you.

My home is now adorned with such beautiful roses.

i must admit that it's a bit scary. but i didn't want to appear haughty by not accepting it.

admire the flowers, but be very careful always... :)

if he comes knocking at your door, don't let him in. :)

Brilliant, just as things should be even if the comments are on the money. But while everyone should be focused always for threats, especially women, and remain open too; difficult.
Intuition should assist you, nothing to get up about I'd imagine.

Hi everyone, he doesn't really look or feel (from intuition as Unstranger mentioned) scary (but then looks can be deceiving, huh?). Mordsith, he never asked for my number ( I hope he never does) but he has started giving me chocolates! :) Now I am thinking of ways on how to tell him that his affections (if there are any) are not welcome.

Moira, it really has changed a lot. When you come here for a visit, I'm sure there'll be more changes. :)
