Bangkok Chronicles Three: Lumphini Park

Friday, March 13, 2009

If I can transport one part of Bangkok to Manila, it would be Lumphini Park, a 57-hectare park located in the middle of the city. I won’t even attempt to explain why. These photos can speak for themselves.

hi there agnes. we intended to but we got lost. we were on foot and we just couldn't find the place! we ended up having coffee at starbucks near the saladaeng station. :)

hi jac. don't you wish we have something like that to go to here in manila?

hi amelia. very, very nice indeed! :)

it's a great place to have picnics. that's the first idea that hit my brain while looking at these photos. how was the weather there by the way? was it hot?

Angeli said...

it was hot and humid, kayni. even warmer than here in manila. when we were there, the temperature reached 38 degrees celsius.

The sight is very refreshing. Are there too many people visiting the park?

the few people we saw there were mostly joggers. there are probably more people there during weekends.
